Nothing will protect the TV from falling into a lake, so use the strap they provide!

Also, think about batteries. Most brands come with rechargeable lithium batteries; carry charged backups, or else have some charging in the car while you watch. So if the game is on, you won't have to choose between fishing and watching your favorite team. Just swap out batteries and off you go!

Most 7 inch portable TVs come with LCD and lots of bells and whistles. Probably the coolest thing is being able to hook up your iPod and watch movies and listen to music. Nearly all models have built in stereo speakers as well as headphone jacks. We realize it's still only a 7 inch screen, but it's better than the iPod screen.
